We currently hold multiple contracts within the Federal Government and was accepted into the SBA 8(a) Disadvantaged Small Business development program in 2024 and is a certified SBA 8(a) firm. Bernard earned his master's degree in systems engineering from George Mason University in 2005, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia in 2002. In 2014, he began building Core Interface from the ground up after co-founding another company, as CFO, in the intelligence community in 2005.

With well over 15 years of software development experience, Bernard has been the recipient of hard-earned awards, along with client and peers’ respect and appreciation for his craftsmanship and steadfast dedication. His expertise lies in the development of large data holdings as well as federated query development.

Ethical leadership is a cornerstone of Bernard’s success. Bernard always takes pride in doing things “the right way”, with client satisfaction top of mind, by having strong and transparent expectations of his team. Building a reputation of trusted, tried and true IT service deliverables is paramount to Bernard, and he challenges his team to match his work passion and enthusiasm.

Bernard currently resides in Arlington, Virginia where he enjoys hanging out with friends, sports, and traveling.
